3. Data Accuracy

We update our data hourly from dispensary menus, but prices, availability, and product details may change between updates. Cannabrands makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information displayed. Always verify availability directly with the dispensary before visiting.

4. Brand Listings

Brand profiles are created automatically from dispensary menu data. If you represent a brand listed on Cannabrands, you may claim your profile to update your information. Claimed profiles are subject to verification. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing.

5. Alerts and Email

If you sign up for price alerts or the daily deals digest, we will send you emails related to your preferences. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. We do not sell your email address.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cannabrands is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, reliance on our data, or transactions made at dispensaries you found through us.
