- ZIP code — optional, used to show nearby dispensaries and localized pricing
- Location — approximate location via IP geolocation, used to show nearby specials. Never stored server-side.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring
2. How We Use It
- Sending you the daily deals digest or price alerts you signed up for
- Showing you dispensaries and products near your location
- Improving the service and diagnosing technical issues
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your location preference across sessions. We use session storage to avoid repeated geolocation lookups. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Email
If you sign up for alerts, we use Resend to deliver email. Your email address is stored in our database and used only to send you the content you requested. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor all unsubscribe requests immediately.
5. Data Retention
We keep your email and preferences for as long as you are subscribed to alerts. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit. We do not store payment information — we have no checkout or payment processing.
